Pick-ups are on time, and if you are not at the arranged place, we’ll try to contact you by any means and will wait up to 15 minutes. If no contact has been made after 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and the tour will not be refunded. Drop-off times are approximate, and please allow some flexibility.
